Make room for ‘shrooms! Join passionate mushroom farmers to learn about how your favorite fungi is grown, health benefits of this amazing food, and try two recipes cooked with mushrooms. Learn about the stories of the farms, what the farmers have learned along the way and see just how versatile mushrooms are in tasty recipes.
Registration is required and opens June 26. Please email LIB_AdultServices@fortworthtexas.gov to register. The class is limited to 30 adults.
