Existing water and sanitary sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Lambert Avenue to the north, Fort Worth Western Railroad/Selkirk Drive and Foster Park  to the east, Fort Worth Western Railroad to the south and Inwood Road to the west.

Cast iron water mains will be removed in:

• Norwich Drive
• Selkirk Drive
• Heywood Avenue
• Shellbrook  Avenue

Water and Sewer Replacement

• Norwich Drive from South Drive to Selkirk Drive
• Selkirk Drive from 190 feet north of the South Drive/Selkirk Drive intersection to 145 feet west of the Weyburn Drive/Selkirk Drive intersection

Water Replacement

• Heywood Avenue from Norwich Drive to Selkirk Drive
• Shellbrook Avenue from Norwich Drive to Selkirk Drive

Sewer Replacement

• Easement between South  Drive and Heywood Avenue from Norwich Drive to Selkirk Drive
• Easement between Heywood Avenue and Weyburn Drive from Norwich Drive to Selkirk Drive
• Easement between Weyburn Drive and Shellbrook Avenue from Norwich Drive to Selkirk Drive
• Easement south of South Drive from 475 feet south of the South  Drive/Inwood Road intersection then east 450 feet
• Easement north of Selkirk Drive from 580 feet north of the Inwood Road/Selkirk Drive intersection then east 200 feet
• Easement between Inwood Road and Weyburn Drive from Selkirk Drive, then north 1,200 feet
• Easement between Weyburn Drive and Norwich Drive from 400 feet south and 250 feet east of the Weyburn Drive/Norwich Drive intersection, then south 980 feet
• Easement between Shellbrook Avenue and Norwich Drive from 145 feet south and 70 feet east of the Shellbrook Avenue/Norwich Drive intersection then southeasterly 1980 feet then southerly again 290 feet
• Easement south of Selkirk Drive from 180 feet west and 180 feet south of the Selkirk Drive/Norwich Drive intersection, then northeasterly 1,130 feet

This Fort Worth Water capital improvement project is in Fort Worth Council District 3. Construction will impact the Foster Park neighborhood association. This project also borders the Overton Park neighborhood association area.
