Water & Sanitary Sewer Imrpovements

This project provides the means for the rehabilitation and relocation of sewer lines in existing easements and street right-of-ways in the Park Hill area. Construction will be west of Forest Park, south of the Fort Worth Zoo and east of South University Drive. Water lines will be replaced and the streets will be resurfaced.

The affected streets and alley include:

  • Winton Terrace East from Park Hill Drive to Winton Terrace West (water, sewer and paving);
  • Medford Court West (easement) from Park Hill Drive to north of Westcott Road (sewer);
  • Winton Terrace West from Park Hill Drive to Winton Terrace East (water, sewer and paving).

This project is in Council District 9.


Project Meeting

Fort Worth Water is hosting a community construction meeting for the Winton Terrace Infrastructure Improvement project on Thursday, February 25, at 6 p.m. This is a virtual WebEx meeting to update customers about water, sewer and paving improvements in the Winton Terrace and Medford Court area.

Project News

Update: Construction will start the week of June 14 on the east side, at Park Hill Drive and Winton Terrace East, with the sewer work. This segment is getting water, sewer and paving. The water and sewer will be replaced and or relocated in Winton Terrace East from Park Hill Drive to Winton Terrace West and back to Park Hill Drive. There are also sewer lines that will be rehabilitated in easements between Winton Terrace West and Medford Court West.
