Reserve a space at the BAC

If you're looking for a meeting space or classroom environment for your next event, consider renting out one of the conference rooms at the Devoyd Jennings Business Assistance Center!

 

Rental information

  • Conference rooms can be reserved free of charge to City departments and campus tenants.
  • For outside organizations, conference rooms can be rented at $25 for the first two hours, then $25 for each additional hour. Your total rental cost will be calculated at the end of your online reservation request form. 
    • Payment must be made by check to the City of Fort Worth, and must be received by mail or in-person at least 3 weeks prior to the event date. A receipt will be provided.
    • Outside organizations must receive approval from the City of Fort Worth Economic Development Department Director prior to their event being approved and their space reserved.
  • An online reservation request does not automatically secure your space. Staff will follow up with you within two business days to confirm your reservation, or to request more information about your organization and event if needed.

PharmaFab Conference Room (Large Conference Room)

  • Maximum seating: 60 people auditorium-style (no tables), 18-27 people classroom style (with tables)
  • Room includes TV display and HDMI cable for computer connection.

Hill Company Conference Room (Small Conference Room)

  • Maximum seating: 25 people
  • Room includes a TV display and HDMI cable for computer connection, a dry erase board, and eight tables.
