July 2026 Project Update

Phase 2:
  • Due to limited space during ongoing construction, one-way eastbound traffic is in place from Park Vista Boulevard to Lauren Way and will remain through the end of paving activities.
  • The north lane of the three-lane roadway is now paved.
  • Crews are currently working on the middle lane, sidewalks, and side-street intersections under the current traffic control plan.
  • This construction phase is expected to continue through early August.
  • Once the new concrete lanes are ready, one-way traffic will shift to them while crews grade the south lane and driveways.
  • When the south side is safe and at final grade, the city will try to restore two-way traffic.
