Installation of a three-lane undivided concrete pavement section. Improvements to Keller Hicks and Katy intersection include:

1. Left turn lanes
2. Traffic signal
3. Improved railroad crossing for cars and pedestrians 

• Project 103276 (Phase 2) - Keller Hicks Phase 2 - Park Vista Blvd to Lauren Way

 Installation of a three-lane undivided concrete pavement section from Park Vista to Lauren Way.  Improvements include:

1. Street lights
2. 10' sidewalks  
3. Traffic signal at Woodland Springs
4. Storm water drainage

This project is in Council District 10.

August 2025 Project Update

Phase 1: Project is complete

Phase 2: 

• Project is under construction.  The contractor will start working South Side waterline.  This will require one lane to be closed at times.
• Road to be closed between Park Vista and Gloriosa starting August 5, 2025 to October 3, 2025 for culvert construction. 
• Please see attached for current traffic control through August 2025.   Expect road closures and one way traffic through the fall of 2026.
