Installation of a three-lane undivided concrete pavement section. Improvements to Keller Hicks and Katy intersection include:

1. Left turn lanes

2. Traffic signal

3. Improved railroad crossing for cars and pedestrians 

• Project 103276 (Phase 2) - Keller Hicks Phase 2 - Park Vista Blvd to Lauren Way

 Installation of a three-lane undivided concrete pavement section from Park Vista to Lauren Way.  Improvements include:

1. Street lights

2. 10' sidewalks  

3. Traffic signal at Woodland Springs

4. Storm water drainage

This project is in Council District 10.

April 2026 Project Update

Phase 2: 

• The contractor has completed all waterlines and storm drains and is restoring all temporary and permanent pavement. Please reach out to the project manager for any difficult pavement to drive on.

• The contractor was able to open Keller Hicks to two-way traffic when they were not working around the Holidays. There is insufficient room for two-way traffic to remain during the remaining construction activities. Expect to see one-way eastbound traffic from Park Vista Boulevard to Lauren Way through the end of paving activities.
• Contractor was stalled for a couple weeks in March but will be grading and paving the three lanes until complete. Grading and Pavement construction will require one-way traffic. Expect to see paving activities through early fall 2026, with sidewalk, illumination, and traffic signal to follow.
