Installation of a three-lane undivided concrete pavement section. Improvements to Keller Hicks and Katy intersection include:

1. Left turn lanes

2. Traffic signal

3. Improved railroad crossing for cars and pedestrians 

• Project 103276 (Phase 2) - Keller Hicks Phase 2 - Park Vista Blvd to Lauren Way

 Installation of a three-lane undivided concrete pavement section from Park Vista to Lauren Way.  Improvements include:

1. Street lights

2. 10' sidewalks  

3. Traffic signal at Woodland Springs

4. Storm water drainage

This project is in Council District 10.

May 2026 Project Update

Phase 2: 

• There is insufficient room for two-way traffic to remain during the remaining construction activities. Expect to see one-way eastbound traffic from Park Vista Boulevard to Lauren Way through the end of paving activities.
• The contractor will be working on the new pavement. Grading and Pavement construction will require one-way traffic. Expect to see paving activities through early fall 2026, with sidewalk, illumination, and traffic signal to follow.
• Please visit your local businesses during construction.
