Planning a wedding, meeting or special event?

Some Fort Worth Public Library locations have meeting rooms available for public use. Laptops and projection equipment may be available at some locations. All meeting room reservations are made online. Customers must create a user name and password to access the reservation system. All meeting room rentals are subject to the Library’s Meeting Room Use Policy.

Reservations can be paid for with cash (at selected locations), credit card and electronic check. All credit card and electronic check payments must be made online. Cash payments can be made at Southwest Regional, Ella Mae Shamblee, Diamond Hill/Jarvis and Summerglen.

If you are a non-profit organization and have never made an online reservation, please contact the location directly for information about documentation required to receive the non-profit rate. Once non-profit status has been verified, staff will create the non-profit organization’s user account.
