Planning a meeting or special event?

Many Fort Worth libraries have rooms you can use for meetings. Some branches also have laptops or projection equipment you can use. You must book all rooms online. To book a room, you need to make a username and password first. All meeting room rentals are subject to the Library’s Meeting Room Use Policy(PDF, 267KB).

If you are a non-profit organization and have never made an online reservation, please contact the location directly for information about documentation required to receive the non-profit rate. Once non-profit status has been verified, staff will create the non-profit organization’s user account.
