UPDATE: In January 2025, Fort Worth City Council approved the replacement of 1,725 feet of a cast iron water main on Warren Lane - from Ederville Road to Brentwood Stair Road. The cast iron must be replaced now to comply with the cast iron initiative. Warren Lane will be reconstructed with asphalt after the water main installation is complete. The update also allows for the sanitary sewer mains - west of Muse Street and west of Sandy Lane - to be done by open cut, instread of a trenchless pipe enlargement due to the existence of several sags on both sewer lines.

Existing sewer and water mains will be replaced in an area bound by Randol Mill Road to the northwest, Enoch Drive to the east, Brentwood Stair Road to the south, and the Trinity River Creek Branch to the west.

Fort Worth Council District 11 was included in the design phase of this project. The new project name for the Council District 11 part is the Cleckler and North Riverside Drive Sewer Improvements .
