Sewer lines will be replaced in an area bound by I-35W to the west, I-20 to the south, Campus Drive to the east and East Butler to the north. The easements and streets affected include the following.

Council District 8

• Las Brisas Street from 80 feet east of the Las Brisas Street/Alamosa Street intersection to 230 feet west
• Fogg Street from 400 feet east of the East Fogg Street/McClure Street intersection to 100 feet east
• Easement from 400 feet east of the McClure Street/East Fogg Street intersection to 710 feet north
• Easement from 1,200 feet southwest of the Seminary Drive/Carter Park intersection to 900 feet southwesterly, then 1,750 feet southerly, then 550 feet southwesterly 

Council District 11

• Easement 200 feet east of the Interstate 35/Malta Avenue intersection to 470 feet north

Construction may impact the Oakridge Terrace neighborhood association and the  United Communities Association.
