Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Canberra Court and Cobb Park to the west, US Hwy. 287/Martin Luther King Jr. Freeway service road to the north, Binkley Street and US Hwy 287/Martin Luther King Jr. Freeway service road to the east and East Berry Street to the south.

The affected streets and easements include:

• Mitchell  Boulevard from Bideker Avenue to East Berry Street (water);
• Richard Legacy Lane from Mitchell Boulevard to Canberra Court (water);
• East Berry Street from Mitchell Boulevard to Binkley Street (water);
• Binkley Street from East Berry Street to the US Hwy. 287/Martin Luther King Jr. Freeway service road (water);
• US Hwy. 287/Martin Luther King Jr. Freeway service road from Binkley  Street to Westhill Road (water);
• Easement between Strong Avenue and Thannisch Avenue from Thrall Street to 375 feet west of Thrall Street (sewer);
• Easement between Thannisch Avenue and Burton Avenue from Thrall Street to 330 feet west of Thrall Street (sewer);
• Thrall Street from 160 feet north of Burton Avenue to the US Hwy 287/Martin Luther King Jr. Freeway service road (sewer).

This project is in Fort Worth Council District 8 and impacts the United Communities Association and the New Mitchell Boulevard neighborhood association.
