Giordano oversees the Assistant to the City Manager, City Manager's Office Administration, as well as the Human Resources and Information Technology Solutions Departments.
Giordano has served as director of Human Resources and Civil Service since June 2021 and as Assistant City Manager since April 2025.She brings over 25 years of HR leadership experience, including expertise in progressive policy development and results-oriented solutions. Her career includes service at the city and county levels, as well as work with municipally owned water and electric utilities.
She has worked with everyone from line employees to senior executives, offering guidance in employee relations, performance management, workforce planning and development, safety, talent acquisition, compensation, career progression programs, and HRIS implementation.
