Small business owners are invited to participate in quarterly workshops presented in collaboration with the City of Fort Worth and the North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency (NCTRCA). These workshops focus on helping businesses better understand the Small Business Enterprise (SBE) certification process and how it can support long-term growth.

During this workshop, attendees will learn:

  • The advantages of becoming SBE certified and how certification can open doors to City of Fort Worth opportunities.
  • Key differences between SBE certification and other certification programs.
  • Required documentation and preparation steps before submitting an SBE application.
  • A clear, step-by-step walkthrough of the SBE certification process.

These workshops are ideal for small businesses seeking clarity, readiness and next steps towards certification.

Important: This class is offered in English and in Spanish. English workshops will be held from 2:30-3:30 p.m., followed by a short break. The Spanish session will be held immediately following, from 3:45-4:45 p.m.
