City Manager Jay Chapa

Chapa is responsible for implementing the Mayor and City Council’s policies and managing the city government enterprise with 8,100 employees.

Assistant City Manager Dana Burghdoff

A City of Fort Worth employee for over two decades, Burghdoff oversees the Code Compliance, Library, Neighborhood Services, and Park & Recreation Departments, as well as Greenspace Initiatives and Planning Office.

Assistant City Manager Dianna Giordano

Giordano oversees the Assistant to the City Manager, City Manager's Office Administration, as well as the Human Resources and Information Technology Solutions Department.

Assistant City Manager William Johnson

Johnson oversees the Emergency Management & Communications, Fire, Municipal Court, and Police Departments.

Whitney Rodriguez is Chief of Staff for the Mayor and City Council. A servant leader with a heart for local government, she has served the City of Fort Worth for over 20 years.

Before joining the Mayor and Council team in 2020, Rodriguez made her mark on the City in a variety of leadership roles, serving both the Park & Recreation and Communications & Public Engagement departments. Her experience includes work in administration, communications, community building and management.

Rodriguez holds a Master of Public Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Public Budgeting and Financial Management from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Texas Tech University.

Christianne Simmons was named chief transformation officer for the City of Fort Worth in December 2023.

Previously, she served as assistant director of The FWLab, with a focus on the City’s $2.6 billion operating budget and the implementation of priority-based budgeting.

Reginald (Reggie) Zeno joined the City of Fort Worth in June 2019 as the Chief Financial Officer/Director of the Financial Management Services Department.

In addition to this role, he also currently serves as a Board Trustee for the Fort Worth Employees’ Retirement Fund.
