McEachern oversees Development Services, Economic Development, Public Events, Transportation & Public Works, and Water Departments.
McEachern joined the City of Fort Worth as an Assistant City Manager in 2022.
Prior to that, McEachern served as assistant city manager for Development Services and Public Works in Lubbock for four years. She oversaw 10 departments with a combined annual operating budget of $238 million, capital programs of $65.1 million and 530 employees.
A key focus of her efforts has been working with the development community and ensuring that city staff provides superior customer service.
