New dashboard highlights progress of Fort Worth’s NET Force program

Just weeks after the launch of Fort Worth’s Nuisance Enforcement Task (NET) Force program, the City is rolling out a new dashboard that allows residents to see real, measurable results from the pilot initiative.

NET Force aggressively targets Fort Worth’s most persistent nuisance properties in an effort to bring them into compliance and improve the neighborhoods where these properties are located. Now, residents can use the dashboard to track how the City is addressing conditions at these locations.

The online dashboard displays the total number of violations identified by City staff that have classified these properties as nuisances. From code compliance violations to environmental services and fire violations, residents can view detailed summaries of each property, including the status of violations and the results of reinspections.

City staff add updates the dashboard after each reinspection to reflect recent efforts, and overall data is updated monthly.

The NET Force dashboard also tracks crimes reported at each location since the program began, along with police calls for service by property dating back to 2023. In January, the program began with cross-departmental joint inspections at three pilot properties: Sandy Oaks Apartments on Sandy Lane, the Eco Motel (also known as Cowtown Inn) on East Lancaster Avenue, and the Southside Food Mart (formerly Rocky’s I) and Rocky’s II convenience stores on Hemphill Street.

City leaders plan to update the Fort Worth City Council on the program’s progress this summer.
