SmartFlush

Older toilets made before 1994 use 3.5 to 7 gallons of water per flush (gpf). Replacing these older toilets with ADA-compliant, high-efficiency models using 1.28 gpf is a smart way to save money and water.

Toilets are the single largest use of water inside the home. Qualifying Fort Worth water residential customers can receive up to two free WaterSense-approved toilets per household through either our Voucher or CARE programs.

Commercial customers also can get free high efficiency toilets for their business. The target is high volume users with multiple toilets on site, such as apartments, hotels, nursing facilities, etc. If you are looking for ways to reduce water use at your property, this is a smart way to save with every flush. We provide the toilets, and you simply have associated labor for installation.

Toilets are available while supplies last each year. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing.
