Eastbrook Park is located in far east Fort Worth. This park was deeded to the city by Fox & Jacobs, Inc., developers of the Eastbrook Addition. On January 31, 1981, the City Council approved outright purchase of the park in accordance with a previously approved Communities Facilities Contract. The City Council approved improvements to the park on November 6, 1984 through funding from the 1982-84 Capital Improvement Program. Other improvements have been made over the years including playground renovations in 2008-09.
