Construction of a four-lane divided roadway to extend approximately one mile of East Bailey Boswell Road from Blue Mound Road to Horseman Road.
The project includes:
Street lights
Bike and pedestrian shared use paths
Drainage improvements
Improvements at the Blue Mound Road intersection
A bridge at Fossil Creek
Extension of an existing reinforced concrete culvert at the tributary to Fossil Creek.
This project is located in Council District 7.
The project is in the early design stage. The city will hold a public meeting in late summer 2026.
