This street improvement project is located in the Riverside area. 

The streets scheduled for rehabilitation with water, sewer, storm, and paving improvements include:

. Clarence St from Airport Fwy to Wheeler St

• Blandin St from Bird St to McLemore Ave

• Dell St from Blandin St to N Chandler Dr

• Grapewood St from N Chandler Dr to N Riverside Dr

• Plumwood St from N Chandler Dr to N Riverside Dr

• Oak Knoll Dr from wheeler St to airport freeway

• Wayne St from Wheeler St to Airport Freeway

• Shadow Ln from Wheeler St to Airport Freeway

• Fox Dr from Shadow Ln  to Kings Highway 

• Airport Freeway from Shadow to Oak Knoll Dr

This project is located in Council District 11.

March 2026 Project Status

What's Happening Now

• The new water and sewer lines on Dell St. and Blandin St. have been installed.

• Work on private property has been completed. Crews have put down temporary pavement until the permanent pavement is installed. 

• The new sewer lines on Plumwood St and Grapewood have been installed. Work on the water lines is in progress and will be completed by mid-March.

• Work on the water and sewer lines in Fox Dr and Shadow Ln is in progress

What's Coming Next

• Permanent paving on Dell St. and Blandin St. will begin in the spring.
