Operation Opportunity: Veteran Employment & Entrepreneur Workshop

Join NextOp, in partnership with the City of Fort Worth, for a Veteran Employment & Resource Workshop where careers, capital and community come together.

We’re changing the narrative of the traditional veteran job fair, delivering real value for job seekers, employers, and veteran entrepreneurs all under one roof.

This event is open to military, veterans, and their families, and 2026 is shaping up to be our best one yet – our inaugural fair in September 2025, which was the City of Fort Worth's first ever veteran-targeted hiring event, drew 50 attendees, 12 employers, and 5 veteran service organizations, with 10 veterans receiving a job offer within 90 days.

This year, we're aiming to double that turnout with over 100 attendees. More information about the event is below.
