No Exposure Exclusion

To determine if your facility is eligible for a conditional No Exposure Exclusion from permitting requirements, see the No Exposure Certification (NEC) checklist below. If you can answer no to all of the questions and meet the permit requirements for the exclusion, then you are eligible obtain coverage under the No Exposure Exclusion. Read the NEC Guide for more information about no exposure exclusion qualifications.

If your facility qualifies for the No Exposure Exclusion, complete and submit the form for exclusion from the TPDES/Multi-Sector General Permit requirements.

After submitting your NEC application to the TCEQ, you are required to submit a copy of the NEC application to the City of Fort Worth as the MS4 Operator within the city limits. No fees are charged by the City of Fort Worth. All permit application fees go to the TCEQ as noted in the application instructions.
