Many Fort Worth Public Libraries have meeting rooms available for public use. All meeting room reservations are made online and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Customers must create a username and password to access the reservation system. All meeting room rentals are subject to the Library’s Meeting Room Use Policy(PDF, 271KB).
If you are a nonprofit organization and have never made an online reservation, please contact the location directly for information about documentation required to receive the nonprofit rate. Once nonprofit status has been verified, staff will create the nonprofit organization’s account.
