Every April and October, the Cowtown Brushup Program mobilizes an army of volunteers to give 50 homes a complete exterior makeover. From the paint to the last roller, we've got everything covered. This high-energy, volunteer-driven program is all about neighbors helping neighbors to keep our city vibrant and beautiful.
Program Services
Cowtown Brushup Program Technicians will perform a home inspection to determine if the home meets program requirements. Services include:
- Preparing the house to be painted
- Minor repairs of rotten trim and siding
- Painting the exterior of the house

How can I get help?
To be a part of the program, your home must be:
- Located in Fort Worth city limits
- Owner occupied
- Single story (approximately 1,500 square feet)
Additionally, the home must not have vinyl or aluminum siding and total household income for all adults living in the home cannot exceed income limits.
