Fort Woof Dog Park

Fort-Woof.jpg

This intimate dog park was recognized by Dog Fancy Magazine as the No. 1 Dog Park in the Nation in 2006, and as City Voter's the Best Dog Park in the Metroplex in 2009.

One visit with your pup will make it easy to see why. This park features a 3.4 acre area for large dogs and a 1.6 acre area for smaller dogs, which makes it easy to stay close to your playful pup. Agility courses, water fountains, shaded shelters and waste stations make the visit more comfortable for patrons of both the two- and four-legged variety.

Fort Woof is closed every Monday from 5:30 to 11 a.m. for scheduled maintenance. It can also close after a rainfall if the ground is deemed too saturated.
