How to Reserve an Athletic Field

At the bottom of the Reserve Options page, in green, select the appropriate request: 

  • Pavilion/Fields/Courts- Reserve a pavilion, athletic field, swimming pool or court immediately. Full payment is due at the time of reservation.
  • Reserve by Location- View availability by date and location.

Step 3

Once you have made your selection, you will be prompted to create an account. You will need to make a payment to submit for approval. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at Athletics@fortworthtexas.gov. 

 

Fees

Important Information

  • Complex hours for general reservations vary.
  • All reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

General Public who wish to rent athletic fields are required to do so online via ActiveNet. No reservations may be made within 72 hours of the rental time. Any questions may be answered by calling the Haws Athletic Center (817.392.7690). As of January 1st, 2024 no athletic field reservations will be taken over the phone.  

Online reservations can be booked as far out as 30 days for specific fields. Higher use fields may be limited to 7 days out. All waivers must be signed and fees paid to secure rental.
