Want to have a splash at the pool this summer while earning extra money and gaining valuable work experience?
Individuals interested in becoming a lifeguard at one of the City of Fort Worth's aquatic facilities are asked to undergo tryouts before completing the American Red Cross lifeguard certification course. Class participants must be 15 or older to take the class, and must be 16 or older to work for the City of Fort Worth.
Saturday, February 28, noon-2 p.m.
Sunday, March 1, 4-6 p.m.
Sunday, March 29, 4-6 p.m.
Saturday, April 4, noon-2 p.m.
Must be able to attend one entire session. Coursework will include online and in-person learning.
March 16-19, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
April 12, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. April 16, 5 p.m. – 9 p.m.April 18, 9 a.m. – 8 p.m.April 19, 3 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Free! There is no charge for current or future City of Fort Worth lifeguards.
