Chisholm Skate Park is located east of Chisholm Trail Parkway on McPherson Blvd. and is part of the new Chisholm Trail Park. Ample parking for the skate park is available within Chisholm Trail Park or at the Chisholm Trail Recreation Center.
The City of Fort Worth's design build public skate park project began with a series of public input meetings where local skaters provided terrain types, skate features and theme ideas. The park was developed with of a large pool with pool coping, and several areas of plaza terrain. The main plaza line is perfect for multiple trick runs and is meant to represent the history of the Chisholm Trail. Texas ranchers would move their cattle from South Texas to the Oklahoma border. And then onwards to the cattle markets of the East Coast. In 2021, an expansion to the skate park was completed.
A pavilion provides plenty of shade for when you need to cool down.
