Amanda Avenue - Rosedale to Ramey- Area Water and Sewer Improvements

Water and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by East Rosedale to the north, Amanda Avenue to the east, Ramey Avenue to the south and Lloyd Avenue to the west.

Cast iron water mains will be replaced with this project.

Water Main and Sewer Main Replacements

• Amanda Avenue from East Rosedale Street to Ramey Avenue
• Lindsey Street from Avenue G to a point south 930 feet
• Avenue G from Lloyd Avenue to Langston Street
• Cowan Street from Langston Street to Amanda Avenue

Water Main Replacement

• Lloyd Avenue from Avenue G to Avenue J
• Avenue H from Lloyd Avenue to South Edgewood Terrace
• Avenue H from Lindsey Street, then to the east 185 feet

Sewer Main Replacement

• Easement west of South Edgewood Terrace, then north 150 feet

This Fort Worth Capital Improvement project is in Fort Worth Council District 5. Construction will impact the Historic Stop 6 neighborhood association. Landmarks include the Dunbar 6^th Grade School, Logan Elementary School, Boys and Girls Club of Greater Tarrant County, Fort Worth Fire Station #3, the Rosedale Street post office, Caville Place Satellite library, and several churches.
