Phase 2, part 1: Road work on Bonds Ranch Road from US 287 to Shire Meadow Drive has been completed. 

Phase 2, part 2: Includes improvements to the intersection of Bonds Ranch Road and FM 156 including the widening of turn lanes, increased turning radius, traffic signal replacement, and mill and overlay of the asphalt. Construction is currently anticipated to begin in January 2022. TxDOT is expected to reconstruct FM 156 in 2028.
