Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Terminal Road and Schadt Court to the north, Schwartz Avenue to the east, NE 37th Street to the south and Blue Mound Road to the west.

The project area is predominantly residential. Landmarks include W.A. Meacham Middle School, MH Moore Elementary School, Diamond Hill Community Center and Diamond Hill Park.

This Fort Worth Water capital improvement project includes the following streets and easements.

Terminal Road from Blue Mound Road to Weber Street (water and sewer)
Easement west of Decatur Avenue from 184 feet west of the Terminal Road/Decatur Avenue intersection to northeast 220 feet then southeast 100 feet (sewer)
Schadt Court from Terminal Road to the cul-de-sac (water)
NE 38^th Street from Decatur Avenue to Weber Street (water and sewer)
Easement between NE 38^th Street and Beaumont Street from Decatur Avenue to Hardy Street (sewer)
Beaumont Street from Decatur Avenue to Schwartz Avenue (water and sewer)
NE 37^th Street from Decatur Avenue to Schwartz Avenue (water)
Decatur Avenue from Terminal Road to NE 37^th Street (water)
Hardy Street from 37^th Street to Beaumont Street (water)
Hardy Street from Beaumont Street to NE 38^th Street (sewer)

Cast iron water mains will be replaced on Terminal Road, Decatur Avenue, Schadt Court, NE 38th Street, Beaumont Street and NE 37th Street.

This project is in Fort Worth Council District 2. Construction will impact the Diamond Hill-Jarvis neighborhood association and the Inter-District 2 Alliance.
