Pembroke Drive from Forest Park Boulevard to Warner Road
Chatburn Court from Pembroke Drive to the cul-de-sac
Berkeley Place from Pembroke Drive to the cul-de-sac
Dartmoor Court from Pembroke Drive to the cul-de-sac
Windsor Place from Forest Park Boulevard to Stanley Avenue
Huntington Lane from Forest Park Boulevard to Warner Road
Berkeley Place from Windsor Place to Glenco Terrace
Stanley Avenue from Windsor Place to the cul-de-sac

Easement south of Kensington Court from 230 feet west and 1,150 feet of the Forest Park Boulevard/Park Place Avenue intersection, then east 635 feet
Easement south of Park Place from 175 feet south of the Park Place Avenue/Forest Park Boulevard intersection, then 135 feet east then 142 feet south
Easement between Forest Park Boulevard and Chatburn Court from Pembroke Drive, then south 615 feet
