Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by White Settlement Road to the north, Carroll Street to the east, West 5^th Street to the south and Virginia Place to the west.

The streets and easements are located in Fort Worth Council District 7 and Fort Worth Council District 9. This Fort Worth Water capital improvement project will replace cast iron water lines and deteriorated sanitary sewer mains as indicated on the following streets and easements.

This Fort Worth capital improvement project includes the following.

West 4th Street from University Drive to Monticello Drive (water/cast iron water main)
West 5th Street from Bailey Avenue to Carroll Street (cast iron water main/sewer/storm drain outlet)
Hamilton Avenue from University Drive to Virginia Place (water/storm drain inlet)
Easement between Hamilton Avenue and Potomac Avenue from Lenox Drive to Monticello Drive (sewer)
Potomac Avenue from 160 feet south of the Lenox Drive/Potomac Avenue intersection southeasterly 122 feet (sewer)
Easement south of West 4th Steet from 265 feet east of Arch Adams Street, then to the east 122 feet (sewer)

West 5th Street from Monticello Drive to Arch Adams Street (sewer)
Virginia Place from Monticello Drive to Potomac Avenue (cast iron water main)
Lenox Drive from Dorothy Lane to Potomac Avenue (cast iron water main and sewer)
Lenox Drive from Hamilton Avenue to the west 188 feet (water and sewer)
Easement between Monticello Drive and Hamilton Avenue from Virginia Place to Dorothy Lane (water)
Hamilton Avenue from Virginia Place to University Drive (cast iron water main/storm drain inlet)
Easement between Lenox Drive and West 4th Street from Dorothy Lane to west 683 feet (sewer)
Easement between Lenox Drive and West 4th Street from 280 feet northwest of the Potomac Avenue/West 4th Street Intersection to west 340 feet (sewer)
