The project involves improvements on three neighborhood streets. It will include the design of water, storm water, and paving improvements on these streets: 

• 15th St. - from Circle Park Blvd to Lincoln Ave
• Houston St. - from NW 25th St to NW 20th St
• Lincoln Ave. - from NW 16th St to Central Ave

This project is in Council District 2.

August 2025 Project Update

• The south bound lane has been paved on Lincoln Avenue. Next, crews will pave the north bound lane.
• Sidewalks and driveways are completed on N Houston from NW 25th Street to Exchange Ave.
• Crews will continue constructing the sidewalks and driveways along N. Houston St.
• The north bound lane has been paved on North Houston Street. Next, crews will pave the south bound lane starting at 22nd and N. Houston St.
