The project involves improvements on three neighborhood streets. It will include the design of water, storm water, and paving improvements on these streets: 

• 15th St. - from Circle Park Blvd to Lincoln Ave
• Houston St. - from NW 25th St to NW 20th St
• Lincoln Ave. - from NW 16th St to Central Ave

This project is in Council District 2.

November 2025 Project Update

• Crews completed installing sidewalk and driveways on N Houston St. (NW 25th St to NW 24th St.)
• Next, the contractor will continue to work on sidewalk and driveways on N. Houston St. (NW 23 Street to NW 20th Street)
• Also, the contractor will continue to work on sidewalk and driveways on Lincoln Ave.(W Central Avenue to NW 15th Street).
