This project includes designing and constructing railroad crossing quiet zone improvements at Mistletoe Blvd, Park Place Ave and Windsor Place. Improvements at these three Fort Worth & Western Railroad crossings aim to improve the quality of life of residents who live and/or work here.

This project is located in Council District 9.

October 2025 Project Status

City received the draft railroad construction agreement from FWWR to allow the project to mover forward.
The team is preparing a Railroad construction agreement M&C for council approval.
