Hazardous Road Overtopping Mitigation (HROM) Improvements are planned to prevent storm water flowing over Randol Mill Road. The portion of the road from West of Ben's Trail to near Flyaway Lane will be realigned and raised.

Improvements include:

• Re-aligning and raising of Randol Mill Road from West of Ben's Trail to near Flyaway Lane
• Culvert improvements
• Adding additional storm drain system  
• Replacing water and sewer lines

This project is in Council District 5.

February 2024 Project Update 

• Design of the project is progressing from the 60% level to the 90% level
• A third design meeting is being planned for early 2024. Previous feedback will be shared and new input encouraged.
• The actual construction work will be advertised for bids in August 2024.

This project is in District 5.
