Hazardous Road Overtopping Mitigation (HROM) Improvements are planned to prevent storm water flowing over Randol Mill Road. The portion of the road from West of Ben's Trail to near Flyaway Lane will be realigned and raised.

Improvements include:

• Re-aligning and raising of Randol Mill Road from West of Ben's Trail to near Flyaway Lane
• Culvert improvements
• Adding additional storm drain system  
• Replacing water and sewer lines

This project is in Council District 5.

July 2024 Project Update 

•  An Open House public meeting was held on May 18th

• Design is approaching 100%

• Scheduled to advertise for construction in early 2025
