Street & Transportation Improvements

Ray White Road will be widened to to a four-lane divided road between Mirage Drive and the bridge over Bear Creek.

Improvements include

  • 5’ to 8’ sidewalks on both sides of the road

  • Street lights  

  • Modifications to the roundabout at Ray White Road and Park Vista Boulevard  

  • Storm drain improvements

 

This project is located in Council District 4.

 

February 2026 Project Status

Construction continues through mid-March on the roundabout located at Wyndrook St. Crews are reconstructing the second half of the Ray White Rd/Park Vista Blvd roundabout.

  • Neighborhood traffic will be able to enter and exit using Hilcroft Road. Bison Court will remain open to Wall Price Keller as an alternative egress point.
  • The northbound and southbound traffic on Ray White, north of the roundabout, will continue in one lane in each direction.
  • There is currently a four way stop at the roundabout. Three stop signs remain, allowing traffic to flow north, south, and west of the current four-way stop sign. The eastern leg of the current four-way intersection will be closed.
  • Through-lanes of Ray White Rd/Park Vista Blvd remain unchanged.
