A severely deteriorated sanitary sewer main will be relocated from an inaccessible location - at the rear of residential properties – to south of Chapin Road and west of Mary’s Creek Drive.
The new sewer main will be placed into the public right-of-way, on Chapin Road and Mary’s Creek Drive, via the open cut method.
The sewer pipe is approximately 1,225 linear feet.
This Fort Worth Water capital improvement project is on the border between Fort Worth Council District 3 and the City of Benbrook. The sewer mains are owned by the City of Fort Worth.
Landmarks for this project include Waverly Park Elementary School/north of Chapin Road, and Western Hills Church of Christ/west of Bandera Road. Leonard Middle School is west of the church and north of Chapin Road.
