The Transportation and Public Works Department is using PayGo funding to improve streets at Ryan Place.

The project involves heavy maintenance, including asphalt resurfacing, recycling, milling, and overlaying. Only damaged curb and gutter, driveways, and non-compliant curb ramps will be replaced.

Streets include:

• Elizabeth Blvd from 8th Ave to College Ave

• Page St from College Ave to Lipscomb St

• Ryan Place Dr from W Robert St to Elizabeth Blvd

• S Adams St from W Robert St to Elizabeth Blvd

This project is located in Council District 9.

October 2026 Project Status Update

• Asphalt resurfacing is complete on Elizabeth Blvd., Page St., and Ryan Place Dr.
• Contractor is working on the concrete base repair on S Adams St and the street will be paved in mid October.
