The Transportation and Public Works Department will be using PayGo funding to improve streets at Ryan Place.

The project involves heavy maintenance, including asphalt resurfacing, recycling, milling, and overlaying. Only damaged curb and gutter, driveways, and non-compliant curb ramps will be replaced.

Streets include:

Elizabeth Blvd from 8th Ave to College Ave
Page St from College Ave to Lipscomb St
Ryan Place Dr from W Robert St to Elizabeth Blvd
S Adams St from W Robert St to Elizabeth Blvd

This project is located in Council District 9.

April 2026 Project Status Update

The work of replacing damaged curb and gutters, sidewalks, and driveways is ongoing on S Adams, Elizabeth, and Ryan Place Dr. It is 90% complete.
Next, crews will begin recycling the pavement on Elizabeth Blvd and base repair.
