The Transportation and Public Works Department will be using PayGo funding to improve streets on Beach Street, from Mitchell Boulevard to Avenue B.
The project includes heavy maintenance of asphalt resurfacing using milling and overlay. Only damaged curb and gutter, driveways, and non-compliant curb ramps will be replaced.
This project is located in Council Districts 8.
The construction is expected to start in January 2026 and complete in August 2026.
