Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Interstate 20 to the north, McCart Avenue to the east, South Hills High School to the south and Westcreek Drive to the west.

The streets and easements in this project include:

• Odessa Avenue from Walton Avenue to Southgate Drive (water);
• Walton Avenue from Westcreek Drive to McCart Avenue (water);
• Waits Avenue South from Duringer Road to Walton Avenue (water and sewer);
• Waits Avenue North from Walton Avenue to north 180 feet (sewer);
• Lubbock Avenue from Denbury Drive to Walton Avenue (water and sewer);
• Denbury Drive from McCart Avenue to Lubbock Avenue (water and sewer);
• Duringer Road from McCart Avenue to Waits Avenue (water and sewer);
• Diane Drive from Walton Avenue to Wren Avenue (water);
• Rutland Avenue from Walton Avenue to Southgate Drive (water);
• Easement north of Walton Avenue from 180 feet north of the Walton Avenue/Diane Drive intersection to west 590 feet (sewer);
• Easement west of Diane Drive from 180 feet north and 180 feet west of the Walton Avenue/Diane Drive intersection to south 140 feet (sewer);
• Easement between Odessa Avenue and Rutland Avenue from Walton Avenue to north 190 feet ( sewer);
• Easement east of Wren Avenue from 90 feet north of Walton Avenue to north 450 feet (sewer);
• Easement south of Larkin Avenue from 90 feet west of the Larkin Avenue/Waits Avenue intersection to southwesterly 145 feet (sewer);
• Easement north of Walton Avenue from 180 feet north of the Walton Avenue/Waits Avenue intersection to west 180 feet (sewer);
• Easement between Waits Avenue North and Lubbock Avenue from Walton Avenue to north 700 feet (sewer);
• Easement south of Wren Avenue from 70 feet east of Diane Drive to east 180 feet (sewer);
• Easement east of Rutland Avenue from Southgate Drive to south 550 feet (sewer);
• Easement between Ruston Avenue/Southgate Drive/Waits Avenue from Rutland Avenue to Interstate 20 (sewer);
• Easement east of Waits Avenue from Interstate 20 to south 2,000 feet then west 870 feet (sewer);
• Easement between Southgate Drive and Larkin Avenue from 90 feet west and 140 feet west of the Southgate  Drive/Lubbock Avenue intersection (sewer);
• Easement between Rutland Avenue and Odessa Avenue from Southgate Drive to Wosley Drive (sewer);
• Easement between Greene Avenue and Ruston Avenue from Rutland Avenue to Interstate 20 (sewer).

This capital improvement project is in Fort Worth Council District 6 and impacts the South Hills South neighborhood association.
