The project area for this Fort Worth Water capital improvement project is bound by East Allen Avenue to the north, I-35 South Freeway frontage road to the east, East Ramsey Avenue to the south and South Main Street to the west.

This project is in Council District 11. The improvement area is predominantly residential.

Cast iron water mains will be replaced on:

• I-35W South Freeway frontage road
• East Elmwood Avenue
• East Jefferson Avenue
• East Baltimore Avenue
• East Arlington Avenue
• East Davis Avenue
• Harvey Avenue
• East Powell Avenue
• East Jessamine Street
• And, Arizona Avenue

Water and sewer will be replaced on:

• The I-35W South Freeway frontage road from East Ramsey Avenue to East Allen Avenue
  
  

Water mains will be replaced on:

• Arizona Avenue from East Jessamine Street to the north dead end
• Epps Avenue from East Jefferson Avenue to Elmwood Avenue
• Elmwood Avenue from Arizona Avenue to the I-35W South Freeway frontage road
• East Jefferson Avenue from Epps Avenue to the I-35W South Freeway frontage road
• East Baltimore Avenue from Epps Avenue to the I-35W South Freeway frontage road
• East Arlington Avenue  from Epps Avenue to the I-35W South Freeway frontage road
• East Davis Avenue from Epps Avenue to the I-35W South Freeway frontage road
• Harvey Avenue from Epps Avenue to the I-35W South Freeway frontage road
• East Powell Avenue from Epps Avenue to the I-35W South Freeway frontage road
• East Jessamine Street from Epps Avenue to the I-35W South Freeway frontage road

Sewer mains will be replaced on:

• East Allen Avenue from Epps Avenue to the east 205 feet
• Easement between Baltimore Avenue and Arlington Avenue from the I-35W South Freeway frontage road to the west 620 feet
• Easement between East Powell Avenue and East Jessamine Street from the I-35W South Freeway frontage road to the west 1,200 feet then 240 feet southwest
