Three Districts Sewer Main and Cast Iron Water Main Replacements

Water and sewer mains will be replaced in Council Districts 8, 9 and 11. This is a cast iron water main replacement project.

The boundaries include:

• West Cantey Street to the north
• East Seminary Drive to the south
• Sycamore Creek to the east,
• And, West Cantey Street to the west. 

Part 1:

Water and Sewer Main Replacements - Council District 9

• Livingston Avenue from West Biddison Street to Cleburne Road – cast iron - Council District 9 and Council District 11
• Cleburne Road from Livingston Avenue to West Cantey Street – cast iron
• West Berry Street from Livingston Avenue to James Avenue – partial cast iron

Water Main Replacements - Council District 9

• Stanley Avenue - West Berry Street to Cleburne Road – cast iron

Sewer Main Replacements -  Council District 9

• Alley between Livingston Avenue and Stanley Avenue from Cleburne Road to West Devitt Street
• Alley between Stanley Avenue and James Avenue from West Berry Street to approximately 230-feet south of West Devitt Street

Part 2:

Water Main Replacements - Council District 9 and Council District 8

• Cantey Street  – from Eighth Avenue to Greene Avenue – partial cast iron- Council District 9
• Carter Park – from Carter Park Drive east - Council District 8
• 5th Avenue – from West Lowden Street to Ryan Place Drive - cast iron -Council District 9
• 6th Avenue – from West Bowie Street to Ryan Place Drive- cast iron - Council District 9
• Ryan Place Drive – from 5th Avenue to 6th Avenue - cast iron- Council District 9
• Livingstone Avenue – From West Dickson Street to West Biddison Street - PVC - Council District 11 and Council District 9

• Alley between Townsend Drive and Gordon Avenue – from Lowden Street to south of West Cantey Street
• Alley between Frazier Avenue and Townsend Drive – 350-feet south from West Cantey Street
• Alley between Wayside Avenue and Frazier Avenue – 300-feet south from West Cantey Street
• Alley between Forest Park Boulevard and Wayside Avenue – 500-feet south from West Cantey Street to 100-feet north from West Cantey Street
• Alley between McCart Avenue and Forest Park Boulevard – 420-feet south from W Cantey Street
• McCart Avenue - 220-feet south from West Cantey Street
• West Cantey Street – from Sandage Avenue to Lubbock Avenue
• Lubbock Avenue – from West Lowden Street to West Cantey Street
• Alley between Willing Avenue and 6th Avenue – 850-feet north from Berry Street
