This water main relocation project is south of the Trinity Railway Express and the city of Hurst, west of Precinct Line Road and east of Interstate Hwy. 820.

Phase 1 is Trinity Boulevard from Interstate Highway 820 to Salado Trail.

Phase 2 is Trinity Boulevard from Salado Trail to Thames Trail.

The project will facilitate the reconstruction of Trinity Boulevard - within the defined limits - to a four-lane divided concrete thoroughfare. 

This capital improvement project is in Council District 5.
