The University Drive Phase 2 project proposes aesthetic improvements to the existing median and crosswalks.

A new six-foot sidewalk on the west side of University Drive from Trail Drive to Rock Springs Road is planned.

Crosswalk improvements and new traffic signals at the intersections of University Drive and Garden Blvd and Rock Springs Road.

This project also includes:

• A median to improve safety
• A sidewalk along with transit stops
• Streetlights under the bridges near I-30
• Landscaping and directional signage
• Pavement resurfacing and new paint markings

This project is in Council District 9.
