Design and construction of a concrete divide on the current four-lane road. Project limits are from Boat Club Road to Wind River Drive.

New turn lanes
Traffic signals
Sidewalks for pedestrians and bicycle lane
New pavement
New curbs and gutters and drainage improvements
This project is in Council District 7.
The project is listed on the city's electronic contractor bidding software known as Bonfire.
Bid Opening Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 2pm.
Construction is expected to start in the fall of 2026.
