The City of Fort Worth Park & Recreation Department's scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, development of a master plan and the phase I construction documents for the park. Some of the phase I priority master plan elements identified through the public input process include trails, playground, pedestrian access, security lighting, sport courts, picnic pavilions, parking, and open practice play fields.
