In May 2022, voters approved the 2022 Bond proposals. The goals of the program are to:

How was the project list developed?
City staff used information from a number of sources to develop the list of recommended projects. This is an ongoing process between bond elections. This includes:

City Council input and recommendations.

Input from neighborhoods and residents.
-
Data collection and analysis.
-
Master plans and strategic goals that are updated on a regular basis.

Development activity in the city.
-
Projects that were on the 2018 list but weren’t funded.

Service demand.
