City staff have been holding community meetings as well as sending notices to the registered neighborhood and homeowners associations. Also, notices and project updates, including roadway closures, are sent to anyone that signs up for the City News updates (https://www.fortworthtexas.gov/news).

The City Project Managers work regularly with the Eagle-Mountain Saginaw ISD Admin and Campus staff to coordinate the traffic control plans, lane closures, and public access to roadways.
