Street & Transportation Improvements

This street improvement project will take place in the Belmont Neighborhood and United Communities areas. 

New street pavement, curbs, gutter and drainage improvements are planned for the following streets:

  • E Arlington Ave -S Riverside Dr. to McCurdy St
  • E Davis Ave - S Riverside Dr. to Dead End
  • Harvey Ave -S Riverside Dr. to Dead End
  • Belzise Terrace - Richmond Ave to Dead End
  • Ash Crescent St - E Arlington Ave to Dead End
  • Powell Ave - Riverside Dr. to Ash Crescent St
  • E Jessamine St - Riverside Dr. to Ash Crescent St

 

This project is located in Council Districts 8 & 11.

January 2025 Project Update

  • The project is substantially complete
  • Sod installation is underway and the final Punch list items to be amended
