Diamond Hill-Jarvis Area Water and Sewer Improvements

Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Terminal Road to the north, Runnels Street and Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railroad to the east,  Eva Street to the south and Schwartz Avenue to the west. 

Cast iron water mains will be removed on Schwartz Avenue, Oscar Avenue, Lebow Street, 36th Street and Beaumont Street. 

The project area includes: 

• Schwartz Avenue from Terminal Road to Eva Street (water); 
• Easement between Schwartz Avenue and Oscar Avenue from 36^th Street to north 390 feet (sewer);
• Oscar Avenue from Jasper Street to 36^th Street (water); 
• Lebow Street from Terminal Road to 36^th Street (water and sewer); 
• 36^th Street from Schwartz Avenue to Runnels Street (water and sewer); 
• And, Beaumont Street from Schwartz Avenue to 210 feet east of Oscar Avenue (water).

The landmarks include WA Meacham Middle School to the south and MH Moore Elementary, Diamond Hill Community  Center, and Diamond Hill Jarvis High School to the west.

This Fort Worth Water project is in Council District 2.  Construction will impact residents in the Diamond Hill-Jarvis neighborhood association and the Inter-District 2 Alliance area.
