The final Phase 4 of this project involves the construction of storm drain lines, some sanitary sewer lines, and street repaving on Greenfield Road (east of Cindy Lane), Tee Head Drive, North Hill Road (Lea Crest Lane to Tee Head Drive) and ditch re-grading along Cindy Lane. 

This project is located in Council District 2.

June 2026 Project Status Update

• Construction was substantially completed in February 2025.
• Work has begun to update the FEMA Special Flood Hazard Area mapping to reflect the drainage improvements.
